SYNOT Group has restructured its corporate leadership. Ing. Katarína Polách Klčovská has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This decision, made by founder and owner Ivo Valenta, aims at further international growth and accelerating digital development. Klčovská has been an integral part of the SYNOT Group for over 13 years.

The newly created position underscores the professionalization of the management structure. Klčovská will manage day-to-day operations. Katarína Polách Klčovská joined the SYNOT Group in 2012. She brings more than 14 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic management. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Synot Games, where she significantly drove international expansion and digital transformation.
