NBA's Silver backs proposal for US sports betting tsar amid integrity concerns

The integrity of sports is currently under severe pressure in the US. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is therefore calling for proactive measures to curb the wave of betting scandals. Silver suggests that sports leagues form a coalition and an independent sports betting commissioner be appointed to uphold integrity.
